Manage Your Recurring Giving
To manage your recurring giving or view donation history, please click the “Manage My Recurring Donation” link at the bottom of your donation receipt email.
I don’t have my most recent receipt, what should I do?
Receipts are sent to the email address you entered when you submitted your donation, and a new one is sent each time a donation processes (ie. every month.) You can use the link in any receipt from a recurring plan to manage it. It does not need to be the most recent one!
I don’t have any receipts from Rise on Fire, how do I manage my plan?
If you still can’t find it, please contact us and let us know what you would like to change about your giving.
