We have never had anyone unhappy with their Rise on Fire Store purchase, but if you end up unhappy, we will try our best to make things right.
If the product you have purchased is lost or damaged in transit, or not as described, you can return the product and get a refund of the purchase amount in the form of store credit or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Restrictions to this Policy
- Returns do not apply to bulk orders unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product. Please order one item first to ensure you are satisfied with its contents before placing a bulk order.
- This policy does not apply to digital products, digital memberships, or donations, which are non-refundable.
