╫ Why Jesus Cast the Demons Into Pigs – Unclean Food

Why did Jesus cast the demons into the pigs? What was His motivation? And why did the demons desire to enter the pigs in the first place?

In this video, we will look at answering these questions, as well as go through every single New Testament scripture that seems to indicate that we can eat “whatever we want” and we shouldn’t be worried about God’s words regarding unclean food in Leviticus 11.

I hope this teaching edifies you and equips you to be able to “give an account for the hope that is within you”.

  1. I like your study here on unclean animals. We are not saved by works? Well eating unclean animals is a work that God does not like. We work to understand the truth.

James 2:24, “You see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.” James 2:17, “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.”
In other words, the relationship between faith and works is so close that in fact they are one entity.
James 2:26, “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.”

    1. Works DOES NOT save you. Only Yeshua’s blood. However, if your so called professed faith does not lead you to works/obedience, then perhaps you never really came to faith. The main job of the Holy Spirit is to guide and lead us to obedience/works/actions/walking out our faith by works. We also need to be understanding when people say I’m a believer but not Torah observant. Many many people lack understanding of what this is because of faulty teachings etc. I pray the Holy Spirit lead all to the truth.

      Bless you!
